①安価の割に清潔に保たれており、それ故にゲストのマナー水準も高く、総じて快適に過ごすことができた。
②室内がガラス戸や襖で仕切られており、空調が効果的に機能していた。
③歴史的な街並みの続くエリアの一画に位置しており、施設周辺の徒歩5分圏内だけでも喫茶店や古着屋、洋食店やブルワリーなど多数の魅力的な店を堪能できる。
④登山直後の疲労状態でも、翌朝には充分に回復できる寝具や睡眠環境が整っていた。共用ラウンジのソファも快適で、座ったまま数十分ほど眠ってしまった。
⑤持参した折りたたみ自転車を室内の土間スペースに停めさせてくれるなど、ある程度の要望はスタッフが柔軟に対応してくれる。
自分は自家用車で訪れ、施設から徒歩30秒の¥500/24時間のコインパーキングに駐車することができたが、新幹線等で松本駅から徒歩の場合は少し遠いかもしれない。

La habitación para cuatro personas está muy bien. El baño compartido de la segunda planta es muy cómodo. El personal es maravilloso. Volvería a elegirlo.
Está un poco lejos de la estación de tren, pero por la relación calidad precio merece la pena.

Goede ligging voor een bezoek aan Matsumoto Castle, mogelijkheid om kleding te wassen, 20 minuten stappen van station.
Basic kamers, smal bed voor 2 personen in de privé kamer, stapelbedden in de andere kamers. Doucheruimte niet helemaal netjes en vrij veel verkeer op straat
