Definitely one of the best hostels in Japan. Excellent restaurant cafe managed by the same hostel owners. Guest received a discount on non-alcoholic cafe drinks. I shared living area and kitchen. Free use of excellent bicycles to explore the town and countryside. Amazing location near the temple the next to many other shops and restaurants.

Everything was perfect - superb location - very clean - the bed was sooooo comfy and the staff super chilled and friendly. Great price too

Great location, lovely staff, coziness of common room, clean, comfortable bed, nice pillow.
It is noisy, the common room has a little fridge to sell drinks to guests. It produces 60db plus of fan noise continuously. The walls and doors leading to the rooms are paper thin. People use hair driers and the kitchen without any care of the “silent hours” All rooms are internal without any windows There is no ventilation or air renovation at the rooms or dorm during night time.
