The Space:
Holly Edge is a detached property situated within the village of Moorsholm. It houses three bedrooms, complete with a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. There is also a family shower room complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Moving through the property you will find a sitting room which leads you into a kitchen/diner. Completing the interior is a well-equipped utility room and a games room. Outside, you will find a large lawn garden area, ample parking and stabling for a horse. Holly Edge promises a splendid retreat for a family getaway. Please note - This property does not allow Electric Vehicle Charging April to September week bookings only no short breaks
The Neighborhood:
Moorsholm lies on the northern edge of the North York Moors National Park, between Guisborough and Whitby. Surrounded by countryside moors, this quaint village houses a traditional pub, a church and a number of residential homes. It is close to the seaside resort of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, as well as the market town of Guisborough and a short drive will take you to Sandsend and historic Whitby.
