About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming, fully-renovated 100 m² house in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the heart of the Côte-d'Or vineyards, to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, each with its own shower room. Everything has been thought of to ensure that you arrive with a light spirit: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen included, welcome products (shower gel, soap, shampoo), coffee and tea available.
The layout is as follows:
On the ground floor, you will find :
- A large entrance hall with its own wardrobe and private laundry room
On the first floor, the heart of the home, you will find :
- The spacious 30 m² living room with its lounge area (TV, sofa), dining area (table for 6) and open-plan kitchen equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, wine cellar, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a queen-size bed (160x200), made-to-measure wardrobes and a private shower room.
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds that can be made into a double, bespoke wardrobes and a private shower room.
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the Refuge has additional equipment and facilities: high chair, cot, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, air conditioning, connected TV, etc.
The house is ideally located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in a very pleasant setting. All amenities are close at hand, including restaurants, a bakery, a chemist and a market.
Activities :
- Route des Grands Crus: walk or cycle through the vineyards
- Visit to the Château du Clos Vougeot
- Hospices de Beaune
- Dijon Fine Arts Museum
- Centre of Nuits-Saint-Georges: a typical small town emblematic of Burgundy
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Nuits Saint Georges, a 10-minute walk away
- Nearest airport: Dole-Jura, 50 km away
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic)
- Independent arrival but always in contact with the owners
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
