Furnished tourist accommodation "LES HAUTS DE FIXIN"
10km south of Dijon, 2.5km from Gevrey-Chambertin, in a quiet wine village
T3 refurbished in June 2021 on the first floor of our main residence (independent entrance)

Ideal for discovering the region (Route des Grands Crus; hiking at the foot of the cottage; cycle route) or for a professional stay
Long stay possible
Furnished of 50 m² with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people + 2 extra beds.
* 1 master bedroom (bed 140 x 190 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm). Quality bedding: mattress 22-25 cm thick
* Possibility of bringing the 2 single beds together to form a King size bed (180 x 190 cm)
* BZ bench seat as an extra seat in the stay for 2 additional people (10 additional euros per person)
* Fully equipped kitchen with hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer part, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine.
* Kitchen open to the living room
* Bathroom with shower, sink, heated towel rail.
* Separate toilet.
* 2 travel cots, 2 baby chairs, a baby bath on request
Bed linen and towels not provided (on request 10 euros per bed).

Was there for 2 nights (transit), to try some local food and taste some wines. The owner have made a great guide where all needs are listed from restaurants, shopping and wineries nearby.
Easy check-in, and also easy checkout. A place I probably will visit again.

Nous serions bien resté plus longtemps pour profiter des lieux. Accueil parfait et logement pratique et confortable. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit.
