Nice location, big room

It looks beautiful and the format of the bed is nice. It makes noice though. Location is also good.

It was not that clean. There where spots on the towels and hairs in the shower. We are blond. The hairs where black/brown.

Not a good option

The apartment is very nice. Once you get in.

There is no mention of the almost impassable 38 steep stone circular steps up to the apartment. No mention of the broken lock on the front door leaving it insecure. There's almost no water in the tap perhaps because the toilet runs all the time. The mattresses are old and saggy. The staff are not available and do not respond to attempted contact. They did however try to charge me an extra few hundred euros on checkout for reasons which were never explained. I think it was a mistake in math. The apartment was lovely. If they ever figure out hospitality, and a way to get up to the apartment without using the rope which serves as the handrail, perhaps it will be ready for visitors. As it is now, not really acceptable accommodations at any price.

No wifi and poor communication from the host

The apartment is beautiful and spacious and the location is excellent.

There is no wifi, despite the description promising wifi. When I enquired about this, I received no response from the host. Zero as in total radio silence even after a few attempts. This experience of not being able to communicate with the host made me question whether I will be making use of Booking.com again in future as it really made me feel helpless not receiving any response. I really don’t feel comfortable recommending this property to anyone due to the lack of communication experienced

Excellently laid out, lovely decor and very comfortable. Good location to explore Beaune.

Only a minor point but the bin in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied and there was a significant amount of dust around the external unit fan in the bathroom also. Other than that it was very cleanly and hopefully only missed this time.

simple stay in an old building that’s central in Beaune

conveniently located in Beaune beds are comfortable however could have provided more pillows

check in only starts at 5pm and you have to be out by 11am. Guests are also expected to clean up after themselves e.g to ensure that coffee cups are washed. feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel / boutique experience

Karima Dupre qui se charge de l'appartement prend des heures avant de répondre aux messages . quand je demande gentiment du shampoing, il n'y en a pas dans l'apart , je vois qu'elle a lu mon message mais elle prefere ne pas répondre. bien sur elle ne fournira pas de shampoing. il y a juste 2 assiettes donc si on veut manger , la nourriture doit être dans le meme plat ou on mange. ca laisse un gout amer.

L’appartement était top, bien situé, très propre et lumineux. La notation booking ne le récompense pas à sa juste valeur, n’écoutez pas les boomers.

De sfeer is heerlijk. Het is heel ruim. Alles schoon . Locatie is goed. Matras is wat zacht. Niet geschikt voor mensen die geen trappen kunnen lopen. Het is een natuurstenen wenteltrap zonder leuning. Er hangt wel een touw voor een beetje houvast.

ずさんな管理体制と、対応の不備

部屋の高さがあり、面積よりとても広く感じた。何より、歴史のある建物とインテリアがとても上品。最上階は日当たりも良く、眺めもあり、鳥が近くで鳴くとても良い環境。静かな環境で落ち着けるので、長期滞在にとても良い。

まず、宿泊前のコード番号などの連絡が来なかった。２回ほどメールのやり取りはできたが、それ以降国際電話をしなければ、連絡が取れなかった。独自のメールウイルスをしている様だが、どの経由からも連絡が取れない。掃除費用が支払いに含まれているのに、掃除されていない。一見キレイに見えるので、掃除かがりの作業確認が疎かなのだろうか…？ (前の宿泊者の、カビの生えたパン、食べかけのソーセージ、ゴミ箱の周りにコンタクトレンズがたくさん落ちていた… 食器関係や冷蔵庫も、使ったままとても汚れていた。他のホテルに移りたくてもままならず、自分で掃除したら簡単にキレイになった…) 長期滞在になのに、替えのシーツや掃除機が無く、電話して頼んでも、約束の日に届かなかった。虫が多いのに、虫除け設備が無い。何かしらアレルギーの方はやめた方が良い。

Ça aurait pu être bien => grosse déception !

Les chambres sont belles et très grandes.

La qualité de la robinetterie est bas de gamme. Nous avons loué les 4 appartements pour 4 couples. Un appartement où la douche ne marchait pas et un autre où la douche se résumait à un filet d’eau. Contact avec société qui a proposé le déplacement d’un des couples vers une autre résidence, pas compatible avec notre organisation. Pas de geste commercial. Escalier en colimaçon dangereux à déconseiller pour les personnes à mobilité plus difficile. Très cher au final pour la qualité reçue.
