Highly recommended!

The apartment was absolutely lovely. Very roomy and clean. The kitchen was large and extremely well equipped. Lovely outdoor area too. The only thing you need to bring are bathroom items, such as shampoo/conditioner. Would highly recommend!

We loved it all, and such an easy walk to shops, restaurants, wineries, and museums.

The bed is as great.

I specifically asked about stairs and steps . And was told the apartment was on the ground floor. There were around 30+ steps from street level to the courtyard and then into the apartment. Not great on a wet day or for an older lady with bad knees. Quite challenging.

We loved the location, being a very short walk to the town centre, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and well fitted out with quality furnishings, appliances and kitchenware.

Brilliant.

All the basics were there - spotlessly clean, quiet, spacious, well appointed. The air conditioning was appreciated in the hot weather. Above this, the apartment was managed by the owners with great care. Quality glassware, crockery, cutlery and kitchen appliances made it a pleasure to stay. This was the best apartment of our month's stay in France by a long way and a credit to the owners.

On the whole everything was generally good.

Excellent location and close proximity to the town and main square of Beaune. A wonderful market is held each Saturday selling fresh produce and arts and crafts.

We found the bed mattress a bit hard to sleep on. It would have been easier if there had been two sets of keys instead of one set.

We are delighted with our choice to stay at L'Appartement and would happily do so again.

This apartment location is excellent, within one hundred metres of the town. It is very comfortable and well appointed, especially the kitchen. A small terrace is perfect for lunch, afternoon tea or drinks. The apartment complex is very well secured with key access only. Parking under the complex was available to us for a small daily fee.

The apartment has a washing machine but no dryer. A clothes drying rack is provided however and this can remain outside undercover. Nevertheless an dryer would be beneficial. A wine fridge is available for use, but it is located in an inconvenient location in the kitchen.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location

The location could not be better, just around the corner from the centre but in a very quiet and private block. We were met on arrival and everything was made very clear from access to the property and parking, which was in the block. The apartment has been fitted to a very high standard and we struggled to find any equipment or utensils that it didn't have - as a personal challenge the only thing we couldn't find was a pair of fish bone tweezers (which we didn't need anyway)! There is a very pleasant and secluded patio area with a table and chairs and you can actually cook properly in a spacious kitchen area. The apartment is very secure, has easy access to shops and restaurants and we were very satisfied with our choice.

Very little; we couldn't get the TV to work and perhaps that should have been explained but we were not fussed about that and could have called the host. There was a strange small hole in the wood/floor at the bottom of the door surround to the bathroom, not a big issue just a bit strange in such a lovely apartment.

The property was very centrally located and communication was easy :) The living space and bedroom were spacious. Would definitely recommend this place as it’s a perfect spot to venture around Beaune and it’s surrounds.

Our stay in Beaune at L'Apartement.

We loved everything about L'Apartement! The proximity to shops & restaurants was a perfect 10. Excellent privacy and comfort! Tres bien!

There is nothing to complain about specifically. However, I recommend to book a wine tasting tour as soon as you arrive because they fill up fast and there are only a few tasting rooms that will do a privè tasting.

Très bel appartement super équipé qui mérite un 10 mais ...

Appartement très joliment décoré et situé en plein centre ville. Il dispose également d'un parking ainsi que d'une terrasse. Il est équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut que ce soit en cuisine, en salle de bains, en chambre ou en terrasse. Notre hôte était très accueillant et sympathique.

Nous ne mettons pas 10 pour deux raisons: 1) la pompe de relevage des condensats de climatisation dans la chambre fait énormément de bruit et ce toutes les 15 minutes. Heureusement il ne faisait pas un temps trop chaude et nous avons pu nous passer de climatisation dans la chambre 2) depuis le parking ou la rue il faut d'abord gravir un escalier de 19 marches pour accéder à un premier plateau puis un autre de 17 marches pour accéder au second plateau et enfin terminer par un escalier de 4 marches pour accéder à l'entrée de l'appartement. Donc avec les bagages cela se fait mais il faut un peu de courage.

Superschoon en goede keukenapparatuur en fijne badkamer.

Parkeren is erg lastig vanwege de superkrappe parkeerplekken in de garage. En met voor enkele weken bagage is het jammer dat hè 2 of 3 trappen op moet sjouwen omdat er geen lift is. Maar dat heeft met het appartement zelf niet zoveel te maken. Slechts wat ongemakkelijk.
