Located on Back Road West in the popular Downalong area of the town this charming, well equipped ground floor apartment is in a great position to enjoy everything the town has to offer at any time of the year.


From Back Road West you enter the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has an electric log effect fire, TV, DVD player and a double sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave and washing machine. In the bedroom is a 5ft kingsize bed and heated towel rail and in the en-suite shower room there is a shower, wc and wash basin.


Pets: 2 dogs welcome - £25.00 per dog per week. Information about bringing your dog.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric wall heaters.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. WiFi available. Mobile phone reception varies. Please note that one of the beds is the double sofa bed in the lounge.
