Great location, easy to access St Ives and wider area. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom
Fridge could have been better, but that is very minor overall.

It’s location to the beach
The noise in the evenings from people coming out of the clubs and bars, the noise from the bin collectors which starts at 6 am and goes on for at least an hour and then the delivery to the shop and bars start at around seven, so if you think sleeping in after 6 o’clock, you might as well forget it.
