Great location great view balcony clean and spacious

A little noisy at night, car parking a long walk from the property.

We really enjoyed the stunning seaside view from the room. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. Complimentary tea and coffee facilities were provided in the room, which was a nice touch. Although the parking area was a short walk from the hotel, there was a convenient loading and unloading area right in front of the hotel, making it easy to handle our luggage.

Nothing significant. Overall, everything met our expectations, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location is AMAZING! Right on the Wharf, incredible view and in amongst the hubbub of St Ives. Very comfortable and had the basics to make tea and coffee and helpfully a small fridge to cool our drinks. We loved the little balcony which was a perfect shady place to cool down on a scorching hot day and watch the world go by!

It was great for us and we would book again so what follows is a caveat for anyone thinking of booking: If you need parking on your doorstep it is not for you (parking is in an easy 10 mins walking distance - so not a problem for most) and if you need to be somewhere quiet it is not for you! (You’ll be on the Wharf where the pubs and restaurants are so obviously there is some noise but by midnight it’s all pretty quiet, so it’s only a problem if you need silence around you and an early night!)
