About this house rental
Located on a quiet cobbled street off St Ives’ famous Fore Street you will find this picturesque four-storey cottage. Sleeping seven, dog friendly and as its name suggests, only a Stone’s Throw from all the art galleries, restaurants, shops and beaches St Ives has to offer, this is the perfect base for your family holiday.
The spacious living room is lovingly furnished with large comfy L-shaped sofa, tub chair, Smart TV, DVD player and HiFi, along with lots of games, books and DVDs for cosy nights in. Stone’s Throw retains many of its original features and character. The open plan kitchen and diner, situated on the ground floor offer electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The dining area comfortably seats six guests.
The master bedroom located on the second floor has a king size bed, TV and ample storage. The second bedroom has a nautical theme, fitting of beautiful St Ives and is furnished with a double bed, TV and ample storage. The third bedroom is in the attic with windows offering sea glimpses towards the harbour. There are two single beds plus an extra trundle bed suitable for a child. The family bathroom offers a shower, wash hand basin and WC. There is also a small bathrooms on the ground floor with shower, wash hand basin and WC, perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sand and surf.
Gas Central Heating
Two Well Behaved Dogs are Welcome – A £20.00 charge per dog per week applies unattended or allowed on any furniture. Please note that dogs must not be left in the holiday home.

The stairs at Stone’s Throw are not suitable for a Stair Gate.
Stone’s Throw is located over three floors and guests are required to climb stairs. The stairs to the attic bedroom are narrow and very steep.
The trundle bed is only suitable for a child.
Access Statement – Stone’s Throw is accessed via one small step to the front door.

Stones Throw is a fabulous property which is in a fabulous location. It’s not luxurious but is full of character and conveniently located for the beach, shops restaurants and bars. We were able to park the car and enjoy our time in St Ives.
