Location was excellent. It was also clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated.

The location was fantastic with beach and bars/cafes with in 5 min walking distance. Being dog friendly was the key for us and our particular booking. The Internet was great for a bit of working while away and TV package available was excellent. Having a parking spot also crucial in St Ives and that was a 10-15min walk away. The way you are able to take your dog into everywhere (if dry) is a real plus point for those of us who travel with our beloved pets.

There wasn't really anything to dislike however I think if going for first time to the area you really need to be aware of how tight the roads are around town. Also Sat nav not accurate and the one way system can catch you out.

The apartment was clean with great views. The main bedroom in front is ALSO the lounge/social area so those sleeping there cannot go to sleep before the rest do but a nice area non-the-less. A big plus is the nearby permit parking as it is difficult to find parking in the public car parks.

Unfortunately the fancy smart shower was not that smart as it packed up on our 2nd day (after 1st night), came back to life for 1/2 a shower later that 2nd day & then did not work at all on the last morning. The owner/agent was quick to answer messages but as we had to book out by 10am they were not able to fix the problem before we had to leave. And the 4 of us then had to leave without showering. There was no further contact from the property apologising or offering a partial refund for a smart,prime, apartment that ended up being not so smart. So that was a bit disappointing & put a bit of a downer to the stay.
