Premier 4 - Stunning Suite, beautiful sea views

The property is located on the main front above Chilitos. The location provides beautiful sea views and perfect for watching the sunrise. Close to all the shops, restaurants etc

I wouldn’t say they’re was anything I disliked. I think a second set of keys would have been useful. The balcony wall was very low, just keep children away and perhaps not sit there if you’re drunk.

Der Blick ist wunderbar, man hat das Hafenbecken direkt vor sich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral innerhalb einer Fußgängerzone. Läden, Restaurants und Strände sind um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war gut, alle Fragen wurden immer schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Der Parkplatz ist nicht direkt vor der Wohnung, sondern ca. 5 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. Man kann aber vor der Wohnung zum Entladen oder Einladen der Koffer parken. Die Zufahrt zur Wohnung ist beschränkt. Zwischen 9-16 Uhr ist der Autoverkehr in diesem Bereich nicht erlaubt.

Nachts war es sehr laut: Nacht eins: Kneipenparty in der Kneipe nebenan. In der Nacht zwei war dann eine Art Motorradgang auf der Straße und hat dort die Motoren bis 3 Uhr Nachts immer wieder aufheulen lassen. Alle anderen Nächste war wieder Kneipenparty oder besoffene vorm Fenster.

The apartment was clean with great views. The main bedroom in front is ALSO the lounge/social area so those sleeping there cannot go to sleep before the rest do but a nice area non-the-less. A big plus is the nearby permit parking as it is difficult to find parking in the public car parks.

Unfortunately the fancy smart shower was not that smart as it packed up on our 2nd day (after 1st night), came back to life for 1/2 a shower later that 2nd day & then did not work at all on the last morning. The owner/agent was quick to answer messages but as we had to book out by 10am they were not able to fix the problem before we had to leave. And the 4 of us then had to leave without showering. There was no further contact from the property apologising or offering a partial refund for a smart,prime, apartment that ended up being not so smart. So that was a bit disappointing & put a bit of a downer to the stay.
