Nestled in the heart of the hustle and bustle of St Ives, you are moments from the Wharf and harbourside. You'll be spoiled for choice on dining out with a good range of local eateries all just a stroll away. With so much accessible on foot from your front door, you can leave your car parked up for the duration of your holiday if you wish and just enjoy the stunning beaches, scenic walks and vibrant town.


The expansive, open-plan living area is perfect for relaxed socialising and if you want to eat in then the well-equipped kitchen has all you need to create delicious meals using produce bought from one of the local independent shops. With two double bedrooms and two bathrooms this is a perfect set up for two couples or two friends exploring West Cornwall together with incredible St Ives as your base. Why not come to Cornwall by train and leave the car at home and on your journey you'll experience the best view on the St Erth to St Ives branch line.

Bedroom One: King size bed (5'), bedside tables and wardrobe with shelving space and chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Bath, separate shower cubicle with luxury double-head shower, WC, wash basin with vanity unit and heated towel rail.


Second Floor:

Bedroom Two: Double bed (4'6"), bedside tables and wardrobe with shelving space. En Suite Shower Room: Shower cubicle with luxury double-head shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.


Parking: No parking available at the property.


Pets: Maximum 1 pet allowed for an additional charge.
