About this house rental
Recently modernised and refurbished, this coastal retreat strikes the right balance between cosy and airy, allowing you to unwind, cook, eat and spend time together in complete comfort. Ideally placed within St Ives, the cottage though tucked out of the way is still less than 5 minutes’ amble from the beautiful harbour. Porthminster and Porthmeor beaches lie within easy walking distance (around 10 minutes in either direction), so if for those who prefer a car-free getaway, it’s perfect.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Cottage is lovely with an excellent location near to shops and beaches. 5 minute walk. Car park is around the corner and up a hill with steps back to Cottage. Currently a bargain at £26.50 a week. Bedrooms she very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are beautifully done.All in all a fab week. 9.5/10

Great little house for a week in St Ives. Nice central location and close to Co-op for essential items. Well equipped kitchen. Not a problem for us but stairs very steep so probably not great if you have mobility issues.We had a lovely holiday.

Very charming and confortable cottage
Location a bit noisy due to passing road
Too much light in the rooms due to street lamps. Better blackout curtains would be necessary

Refurbished to a good standard and good linens too.
The stairs are VERY steep and a bit of a problem.getting cases up and down stairs.
More guidence on what to do with rubbish and recycling would be handy.
