The host Donna was superb. Contacted us and explained about the property and parking, very welcoming so this is a great start.
The location was fantastic., walking distance to everything. Hving 2 car parking spaces was great and we used them. A few minutes walk from the property but not too bad at all.
The property has everything you need. Presented just like a home from home!
Furnishings were tasteful, the beds were super comfy.
The added bonus of a bath on the first floor was a dream for me as i love a bubble bath!
It comfortably suited a family of 9.
The BBQ was great to use on our first night.
St Ives, a coastal town, so you cant beat the seagulls. They are loud and messy! Outdoor furniture could do with some coverings as the table was unusable due to the seagul poo! Advice rather than a moan.
Overall clenliness of the property was ok, but we did find a few rogue items, so if it was deep cleaned properly between visits, these would have been picked up!

The location was perfect, and the property very quiet considering it is accessed from the main road.
The sliding door to the family bathroom was challenging for my mother.

The property was spacious and well furnished, clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to the promenade which suited us very well.
Whilst the property was lovely, driving to it was a nightmare because of the one way system and various closed roads. The road directly outside the property is a designated no parking zone which I thought would make it difficult to offload luggage but the rule seems to be universally ignored! While the parking had a very useful parking area for two cars but it’s quite a walk uphill away from the property, something to be aware of if you’re health compromised.

Donna was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. She answered all our queries straight away! The location is ideal and it’s really good to have 2 car parking spaces in st Ives! They are like gold dust. Thanks for a lovely stay.
