One open-plan room for living, cooking and eating, with white walls, coastal art and a deep blue sofa. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a Nespresso machine, and the marble-topped table seats 4. There's a 32-inch smart TV and WiFi.
First floor
The second bedroom has a zip and link king bed, sea creature wallpaper and soft pink touches. A shower room sits next door.
Top floor
The main bedroom has a king bed, oak furniture and its own en-suite with a bath.
For families and dogs
Travel cot, high chair, and fixed stairgates at the top and bottom of both staircases. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

An allocated space for one medium-sized car behind the cottage on Rope Walk, 2.3m wide. From there you can walk round to the front door with no steps, or take the shorter route down 8 steps. There are four steps up to the front door.

Tucked into a quiet corner of St Ives, a minute from Porthmeor Beach, this three-floor cottage has something most of the town can't offer: a parking space of your own. Leave the car there all week.
