There is a dining table and chairs and the well equipped open-plan kitchen includes and electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer.
Bedroom: There are two comfy 3ft beds, bedside storage and a large fitted wardrobe. Both the living room and bedroom have a side view to Porthmeor Beach, which is just a few steps away.
Bathroom: The good size bathroom includes a shower over bath, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. The apartment has a large entrance hall with two storage cupboards, airing cupboard and surf board storage.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; electric heaters and towel rail.
Parking: On-site parking for one car in secure communal garage. Space No. 49 (approximately 15ft L x 6ft 6" wide).
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired.
Shop: 0.1 mls. Pub: 0.2 mls.
Pets: please note this property will begin to accept 1 dog for bookings with an arrival date after 9 November 2024.
NOTES: No smoking. Wifi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Please note that numbers 49 and 1 St Nicholas Court share a communal entrance hall and are opposite each other making it ideal accommodation for two parties wishing to holiday together.
