The other side of the room is divided into a dining area with a table beneath chandelier lighting and a contemporary kitchen. Marbled countertops sit on the ‘U''-shaped fitted unit, with a peninsula and modern appliances. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a wet room. Climb the stairs to reach a cosy reading area with a sofa, bookshelf, and slanted ceiling with a skylight. Outside, is a patio area with furniture and countryside views.
During your stay head into the nearby town of Kirkby Lonsdale to check out the local eateries before strolling to Devil''s Bridge (1 mile). Follow the hiking trails along Whernside (12.5 miles) and Ingleborough (10 miles) in the Yorkshire Dales or enjoy a picnic by Ingleton Waterfalls (5.5 miles).
