An attractive Lakeland stone, semi-detached cottage with fantastic views and an abundance of walking opportunities on the doorstep.. Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric heating, electricity, bed linen, Wi-Fi and fuel for open fire included. Cot available on request. Telephone (for incoming calls only). . Outside there is a rear lawned garden with patio area. Private parking for 1 small car and additional roadside parking. Visit England 3 Star. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the garden.. Easily accessible from the M6, the village has two pubs, each serving bar meals and real ale and is just four miles to the east of Keswick. With many walking opportunities from the doorstep, Cropple How provides a cosy base from which to explore the area.

The patio is one metre above garden level and is protected by railings / handrail that are 1.1m in height. Please do not allow children to climb on the railings.
