This delightful, single-storey cottage lies in the heart of the Lake District National Park with great walks from the doorstep.. 6 steps to entrance.

At the heart of the house is a large multi-fuel burner which makes a great focal point for spending time with your friends and family. The high vaulted ceilings, with exposed original beams, make a light and airy space from which to enjoy the stunning scenery of the Lake District National Park which can be enjoyed from the windows on all three sides. The enclosed garden at the rear is a great place for children to play as well as somewhere to sit out and relax in the afternoon sun and enjoy the spectacular views across the valley, to the imposing sight of Blencathra. There is storage available for up to four bikes and there are plenty of cycle routes both on and off road within easy reach. For keen walkers, the location is perfect, the property is located just 4 miles from Thirlmere reservoir which is at the base of England’s third highest mountain, Helvellyn, so you won’t have to go far to find your next big adventure.
