We loved how homely this apartment was,my kids loved how quirky it was,little touches like wine and beer in the fridge, binoculars,blankets and rocking chairs to look out watching the sea.we found the beds comfortable.

Not quite what we expected

Location was great lovely views, great size, plenty of cleaning and bathroom supplies

Extremely dusty, food left in fridge had to clean before putting our stuff in. Freezer needs defrosting. One wardrobe which is so full of cushions etc you can't use it. No iron as mentioned. Told pin to keybox but not which keybox and there were four

Great value seafront accommodation

Great location, right on the seafront with parking right outside. Tram stop 2 mins walk from the property. Comfy bed. Nice and clean. Good communication from owners.

Good price & location but needs a good clear out!

Great spot and had everything we needed. Plenty of space & comfy beds

Too much clutter/ornaments/memorabilia meant that surfaces were very dusty! Said it was 1930’s deco but actually 1960/70’s and very much in need of decorating. There was blood on the sheet of one bed on arrival, luckily we had more beds than we needed so didnt have to use this one.

Great Location , good transport Excellent view great base

Very spacious, excellent view, quirky, great communication - its not up to date its like stepping into your old nan's house but we liked that.

No wardrobe space to hang clothes as it was full of stuff, but it would not put me off staying again. Some areas could have done to be cleaner and more safe for small children

A lovely seaside home

Lovely property, surprisingly spacious. Love the qwerky decor. It has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. And a lovely sea view. Neigbours were quiet too.

Fantastic, charming and comfortable! Perfect for families

This is our second time at the property and it’s just lovely. I find it’s really different and quirky and very homely. As a family of 5 it is ideal for us, especially with children who loved the choice of DVDs, games, books and binoculars! I feel there is lots of small touches which make a big difference from staying in a hotel and allows the apartment to feel more homey. Parking is limited but we have had no issue finding a space as soon as we have arrived on both our stays. Apartment was clean and well kept, lots of little extras and nice touches which made us feel welcome and same as before our host was very communicative via the app. I would recommend and I would stay again. One night never feels enough at the apartment and I would love to stay for longer next time!

If I was really really nit picking some of the decor could use a slight bit of TLC. In the back room (next to the living room) some of the wallpaper was peeling and patchy in a few places, but it didn’t affect our stay and I’m really not too fussed!

lovely, cosy and ideal for families.

my family and I stayed on 8th April-9th and we were so impressed with the property! we have never stayed in an apartment before and always ended up having two rooms in a hotel which can be difficult so we were unsure of what to expect, however the apartment was spacious, comfortable, had amazing views and plenty to do! it was the added extras which we definitely weren’t expecting such as books, dvds, PlayStation games, wifi, beers in the fridge! and smart TVs in bedrooms and lounge area. The owner was great with communicating with us and letting us know when the rooms were ready and other things. it was a lovely stay all being able to be in one space and felt like a lovely holiday home! the children whom are 8 and 1 were able to have their own run of the apartment instead of stuck in a single room, I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend! we were all sad to leave and wished we had booked an extra night! Also free parking which was great, however it is limited, we were lucky to get a spot right in front of the apartment which was great.

there was not anything I disliked about the property, however just as a note to future bookings. travel costs are not provided so you will need to bring your own, this was no issue for us at all, but just so people are aware.

Not a place for young people

Not what I thought I booked but it was clean had all the facilities we needed and the beds were comfortable

The fact it was like a old person's home but it looks like it's getting updated, I would stay again I would bring my family not friends

Position

Too many random cables and plug blocks, not properly wired. Decor was poor with missing wallpaper. Rather dated. Bath was not used as it looked rather unsanitary.

Despite the clutter I would stay again

The location was fantastic, and the apartment was spacious. Quite a good layout re beds , the apartment felt very eccentric! It was like stepping back in time to your granny's home! It was fantastic as my sisters and I was sharing the apartment so the bed lay out was great but if I was going with my husband we couldn't have slept in the bed together in one room there was two singles and in the other was two singles and a very small double (or a large single) so for the party I was attending with it was fantastic Loved all the old school pics of the royal family, churchhill, and Audrey Hepburn

There was cupboards and side boards filled with stuff, no space wasn't filled with wires/books/cleaning supplies/teddys/random things it's clearly been someone's home that they have yet to clear out its very cluttered and the decor needs a lot of work skirting boards falling off the walls wall paper peeling off the walls gaffa tape holding wires to the door frames, it honestly feels like someone parent passed away and they thought we will turn it into a rental (great idea, and again location is great) but more is needed to update it Also it wasn't clean there was a dirty used razor (it actually had hair in it) in the shower 😳 and loads of half used soaps /shampoos/puffs for body washing laying around seems very unhygienic and all the windows could do with a wipe down properly

Give this place a wide birth, I feel violated, and robbed.

Without being rude, never ever in my life have I stayed in a place like this, thought I'd stepped into Victoria and Albert museum, absolutely filthy, and I will never ever stay in a place like this again, had it not been so late at night, we would have gone elsewhere, it looked like the owner had popped out for the night and handed it over to us, whoever is the cleaner needs sacking DISGRACEFUL 😡😡😡

Great location

The apartment is in a best area. Walking distance to Pleasure Beach and right by the sea from. The tram line is just across the road. Beautiful sea view and quiet area.

If you using a pram/ push chair or in a wheelchair it might be a struggle as no lift. I was staying on a second floor and had to carry the pram upstairs all the time.

Exceptional

Apartment was fantastic, amazing view, binoculars in the window too, lovely Apartment with TV in every room and ps games and dvds galore. Great host who kept me updated with excellent instructions and advice, beautiful beach opposite. Never been to this side of beach in Blackpool, its like an undiscovered gem, not too busy and really sandy beach, awesome sunset views. Defo recommend. Very tidy apartment, great furniture nice antique look.

Location was very good and scenic with lot of amenities around. Lot of things to enjoy including rocking chairs, binoculars etc.

Apartment was old with saparate WC and basin, shower. Was difficult to manage with young children. I think only adults &/or with grown up children would really enjoy.

Location. Apartment was warm. Ease of access.
