Cocoonr agency offers this charming 225 m² house in Vigneux-Hocquet to rent for up to 12 people.
It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- TV lounge with BZ sofa (160x200)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A 50 m² living room with dining area and sofas
- A 27 m² veranda with dining area and views over the garden
- A shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200), a single bed and a large desk
- Bedroom 3: with three single beds, one of which is in an alcove, and a BZ sofa (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 400 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather as well as a Nordic bath with bubbles and lights that can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
- A 25 m² terrace with sofas, armchairs and tables to enjoy the warm weather.
The house is ideally located in Vigneux-Hocquet, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Walks around Vigneux-Hocquet: Small country lanes, fields, forests, etc.
- Cycling & exploring: Possibility of doing loops in the surrounding villages
- Domaine de Bosmont : Park and historic estate just a few kilometres away
- Simple & local activities: Ponds and rivers in the area
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (twelve vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
