Just perfect

It was so nice, very clean, location perfect! It had a very cosy feeling, just like home. My little kid asked me if we could live in the house forever, because he liked it so much!

Short, easy walk from the train station and to the main square. Easy to get in.

There was a lot of street noise. I wasn't sure which apartment in the photos I'd be getting when I booked or how to get towels and toilet paper

Comfortable apartment renovated with taste, perfect to discover Ath, Pairi Daiza and surroundings

Very comfortable duplex apartment with all amenities and appliances, entirely renovated, matching old and new with taste. Each apartment is named after an artist and decorated accordingly. Perfect location in the city center but away from the noise of the bars and night clubs. Affordable parking space nearby. Easy check-in due to the electronic doors with code for the main entrance and apartment, no need for keys.

Some street noise due to the stone pavement but not too disturbing.

Mooie uitvals basis om naar Pairi Daiza te gaan

Heel fijn dat we een upgrade kregen waardoor we meer leefruimte hadden. Verder was het heel goed geregeld met de code die je krijgt voor jou kamer en de voordeur.

Vanwege de kermis was er wat overlast van geluid maar dit is neem ik aan tijdelijk. Door de kermis konden we helaas ook niet heel dicht bij parkeren. Maar verwacht dat dit maar 1 keer per jaar is, als de kermis er niet staat is er een grote parkeerplaats in de buurt.

De ligging, dichtbij Prairie Daiza

In de vloer van het appartement (Tamara) zaten wat uitstekende spijkers. De douche lekte naar beneden, waardoor er druppels uit het plafond kwamen.

zeer mooi verblijf, een aanrader!

De appartementen lagen vlak bij het centrum. Er was een mini-kerstmarkt, en de omgeving was mooi verlicht. De kamers zijn zeer ruim, alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. De inrichting is zeer smaakvol. Goede communicatie met de eigenaars.

sommige stoelen zijn aan vervanging toe. In één van de appartementen (Tamara) hing een sigarettengeur.

Très bon séjour, mais propreté pas à 100%.

Un emplacement idéal au cœur de la ville, à proximité des boulangeries et restaurants du coin. Le logement est très beau. Les instructions pour entrée dans les logements sont claires.

Une odeur de remontées d’égouts insupportable dans le logement du bas, qui vient de la salle de bain. Nous n’avons pas pu rentrer tout de suite dans l’appartement tellement l’odeur était horrible et forte. Concernant la propreté, ce n’est pas totalement fait.

Rien Anecdote: l’alarme du bâtiment a retenti à 4h du matin une nuit, nous étions 3 clients mal réveillés en pyjama à essayer de la quittancer ☺️ Ça faisait rire les enfants..

Was ruim binnen.

Airco werkte niet, we hebben dit aangegeven maar er werden alleen schouders opgehaald. Was enorm warm binnen. Stond wel 1 fan maar die moesten we delen... was of ramen open en muggen of stikken van de warmte.

Cercano a Pairi Daiza. apartamento grande. Salon grande. Habitación y baño grandes.

No tiene ascensor. Estaba un poco sucio. A pesar de que la cocina no estaba mal, estaba averiado el lavavajillas

Van ellende naar huis gegaan

De ligging van het appartement

Bij binnenkomst zat er een briefje op de vaatwasser dat deze kapot was. Jammer dat dat niet even van tevoren doorgegeven is. Vervolgens de airco aangezet om de hitte uit het appartement te verdrijven, maar die maakte zoveel kabaal dat slapen met de airco aan (boven het bed) niet te doen was maar zonder airco was het niet te doen door de hitte. Jammer dat de eigenaar mijn bericht hierover afdoet met: u bent de eerste die hierover klaagt.

Splendide

L' appartement nikki était splendide, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. La literie est de qualité. Pas de bruit de voisinage. Il est aussi très bien situé avec un parking à proximité. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité pour se restaurer ainsi qu'un carrefour express à 5 minutes à pieds

Le seul bémol c'est que nous n'y soyons restés qu'une nuit.

Apartment im rustikalen Retro-Charme

Das Apartment bot alles wie beschrieben: die Küchenzeile war mit allem ausgestattet, was zum Kochen benötigt wird und war im Retro-Stil eingerichtet. Zum Schlafen ging es über eine schmale Stiege nach oben, wo sich das Badezimmer und das große Doppelbett befanden. Das Bad hatte eine angenehme Größe und wirkte renoviert. Die Matratze des Bettes war fest und bequem.

Das Apartment befindet sich auf der 2. Etage unter dem Dach ohne Aufzug, d.h. dass es einige Treppenstufen zu nehmen gilt. Parkplätze vor dem Haus gibt es zwar auch, sind zu bestimmten Zeiten aber gebührenpflichtig. Die Lage des Apartments ist zur Hauptstraße gerichtet, die vorbeifahrenden Autos auf dem Kopfsteinpflaster sind auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern deutlich wahrnehmbar. Im alten Holzfußboden im Küchen-/Essbereich standen Nägel nach oben - Hausschuhe dort zu tragen ist daher von Vorteil.
