Wonderful place in Gent.. wish we'd stayed longer

Great location as only a few minutes from the train station. Wonderful small hotel owned by the nicest host. So friendly and helpful. Room was lovely with the most gorgeous bathroom products. Really appreciated the coffee machine and kitchen dining area.. nice calm space. Would highly recommend.

Modern, cozy, convenient stay

Many people may prefer the old town, but i loved staying close to the train for easy arrival, departure and day trips. It is a cute local area too. The room is simple, but super clean, great shower, and wonderfully comfortable bed. Everything you need and very convenient and modern design.

- The bed and the sheets are extremely comfortable. You get variaties of pillows to choose from. The bed is also big enough. - The cozy wood smell when entering the building is a nice touch that welcomes you - Free coffee and tea in the lounge/kitchen. Cold drinks are available and it's based on trust where you take a drink and pay later when checking out. This concept is nice and gives you a trustworthy feeling as a guest - Modern hair dryer, saves a lot of time for ladies with longer hair - The location is good, quiet, well maintaned neighbourhood and only 20 minutes walking from the center - The apartment offers natural body wash products and quality toilet paper (could be checked for refill more often though) - Easy regulation of the tempeture in the room (AC) and in the bathroom (electric heater) - Many nearby options for breakfast/lunch around the corner - Easy (self) check-in and out - I absolutely loved how clean the whole place was. Please keep it that way!

- Very loud in the hallway, both wooden steps and the front door are creaky. It was a bit uncomfortable for me to walk down (or up) from the 3rd floor early in the morning or late at night because I tried taking other guests peace into consideration, but I couldn't do much. Not sure how loud it is for guests on other floors when someone passes by. - Finding parking on the street is possible, but quite tricky - also watch out for the parking zones. Private parking is available for a price per night

Good location ，just less than 10 minutes walking away from Saint Pierre train station ，there are some restaurants nearby ，about 2 Kilometers away from city center，the room was nice clean and tidy with spacious bathroom ，hot water was at a constant temperature and enjoyable 。there was a coffee machine offering 24h self-service coffee in the lobby。the receptionist is friendly there。also you can used the kitchen to make a simple meal for your own 。It should be noted that the room under stairs was a bit dark and the window in the room just faced and closed to the stree，so it would be better not to opened it.

Stylish place, room amenities are very clean and new, AC in the room, good hair dryer.

Room was on the floor half below the ground and window to the street. It’s not very comfortable to open the window in such situation.

Cosy, all you need for a good sleep

Cosy and minimalistic interior, easiness of entering the building and the room, it smelled so good when we entered, location was fine if you don’t mind 30 minutes walking to centre or if you take public transport (well connected), but it’s close to the train station that can take you to Antwerp in 1 hour

We heard when the neighbours were entering their room (opening the locker was quite loud and in general it felt like the doors let all the sound in and out, but for us it wasn’t the case, we didn’t hear sounds from other room, only from the hall)

Charmant small hotel near St. Pieters

The hotel is located in a typical narrow house, close to St. Pieters. It just has a couple rooms, each unique with its own style. Very clean, neat and new.. It is possible to sit in the lobby to have some drinks or to eat something. You can use cutlery etc. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Had an excellent stay!

Isolde was a fantastic host—super responsive and just a genuinely nice person. The place is in a great spot, really close to the Gent-Sint-Pieters train station, which made getting around really easy. We used Ghent as our home base to visit Bruges and other nearby towns, and being near the station saved us a ton of time. If we’d stayed in the city center, we would’ve had to hop on a tram just to get to the train. The neighborhood also had some great finds within walking distance—Happy Thai was really tasty, authentic Thai street food, there’s a convenient laundromat nearby that came in handy, and we happily stumbled upon Brood Banket Panda, a bakery that sells a Ghent specialty, Mastel met kaneel (a lightly sweet, cinnamon-flavored pastry). Always love trying food from the region, I could eat one of those every day! The complimentary espresso in the morning and the ability to purchase wine by the glass in the evening made for a perfect start and finish to each day. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Ghent and planning to travel around!

Sehr schöne Zimmer, modern eingerichtet und sauber. In der Nähe kann man gut essen, der Bahnhof St. Pieters ist in einigen Minuten erreichbar. Züge fahren sehr oft nach Brügge und Brüssel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

De ruime mooie slaapkamer en badkamer erg ruim en een apart toilet. Mooie en rustige smaakvolle inrichting. Fijn gezamenlijke ruimte om (gratis) een kopje lekkere koffie of een ruime keuze thee te doen pakken.

Toch uiteindelijk wel jammer dat je op je kamer geen koffietje of thee kunt zetten. Ongeveer 30 min wandelen naar het centrum. Voor ons was dat prima maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden.

PERFECTION

Si ce que vous recherchez est un endroit absolument, parfait, c’est l’endroit qu’il vous faut ! Tout l’immeuble a été entièrement refait par les propriétaires. C’est cosy, très joliment décoré, et surtout très propre ! Isolde est adorable et vraiment aux petits soins. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et la literie est incroyable!!!!!!!. L’espace commun permet de se préparer un petit repas tranquillement, ou de prendre un petit déjeuner. Tout a été pensé pour que vous soyez à l’aise. Nous avons passé un moment absolument parfait. Nous reviendrons à Gand, mais surtout nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel. Ce fut un réel coup de cœur.
