The check in process is a bit odd with having to go into the bar then being led outside and around to the back where the accommodation is situated

This is an amazing place to stay. Incredibly high end finish to to the room. So spatious and a huge sumptuously comfortable bed. The staff are so warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

above average furnishings to include a small kitchen
no heating and no hot water which meant I was unable to shower . had to keep my coat on to stay warm. reported the problem three times but it was not able to be fixed. no mobile heater offered . other guests were in a similar situation. suggest a dedicated reception line to report problems rather than have to go outside all the time. also no drop off point for key as pub was closed.
