The location was good because you could easily walk to the house from the station. Also it is close to very good restaurants.
Breakfast was excellent, all we could want and it tastes better being made by Julie.
The room is comfortable and homely. As we were there during a heatwave, having a quiet, powerful fan in the room was lovely. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The guest guide booklet and pamphlets are useful.
There was nowhere to put socks and underwear, so you can use your rucksack during the day. Possibly a smallish basket.

It was a simple stay.
Very homey.
Not a lit of space in bedroom and on suite.
Very hot room.
Didn't expect to gave to pay for breakfast above the cost if our stay.
Very simple breakfast for £12.00 each.
