Both hosts, Julie and Brian, were very friendly and helpful, and excellent at keeping in touch as needed. Beautiful house and room, and cute little touches everywhere. Great location - very handy for all things central in Carlisle.

Really enjoyed my stay at Rosalind House. Julie was the perfect host. My bed was so comfortable and the shower was great. The room was immaculate and the welcome home made shortbread was a lovely touch. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly made. I highly recommend this guest house 😊

A great B&B with the perfect host in Julie. Immaculate rooms and excellent breakfast.
Julie was the perfect host and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was immaculate, with everything we could need and the bed was something comfortable I didn't want to get up! Little touches like home made shortbread were much appreciated.
Breakfast was excellent, with delicious home baked cheese and bacon scones, and there was also homemade lemon curd and jam!
We will definitely be back next time we go to Carlisle. 10/10

It was a simple stay.
Very homey.
Not a lit of space in bedroom and on suite.
Very hot room.
Didn't expect to gave to pay for breakfast above the cost if our stay.
Very simple breakfast for £12.00 each.
