This property is an absolute gem, Leanne is super friendly and offers a fantastic stay in luxury. I stayed in room 6 which was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything you could need. I was visiting the Sands Centre for a show and the location was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic, such good quality ingredients and very tasty. Leanne really was a fabulous host and was super helpful. Highly recommended for an enjoyable stay.

Leanne is an excellent host. Great breakfast. Location spot on for walking the Hadrians Wall Path. Accessible from the route and convenient for popping out in the evening.
Very little. Rather stuffy but it was a heatwave, and a fan was provided.

The garden is stunning! We enjoyed our takeaway dinner out in the garden and sat out there with both our wine and tea. The breakfast was excellent.
The room needed a fan to move the air around. I opened the door and didn’t worry about it being open but many people might worry about that.
