Lovely and clean. Lots of extras including tea coffee and toiletries. Beds extremely comfortable
The garden needed mowing. Couldn’t sit outside. Could have done with a brush to sweep up.

Place is very well located and well maintained with plenty of space for small or large groups and listed at a good price. Would happily return and encourage others to use too.
Maintenance of the back garden. It was a lovely sunny weekend and whilst we didn't spend loads of time at the property the grass really needed to be cut as was long and had weeds. It was only a small back space so wouldn't have taken long to sort. It didn't take away from the overall experience though. Lovely property overall - we would return.
