Alexandra views

Great location, easy walking distance to the town centre and local supermarket. The flat itself was spacious and had lovely views of Alexandra Park just across the road.

Quite a few of the utensils supplied in the kitchen were not especially clean and had to be washed before use. The stairs to the flat could be a little tidier too.

It was nicely located overlooking the Park and was quiet. They were very accommodating when asking for early check-in and late check-out which we appreciated hugely. The sheets and towels were clean and everything we needed was functional.

It was very basic and the amenities were tired and old, and the property smelled very musty/smokey so we needed to air it out thoroughly on arrival, and were left with quite a damp smell throughout. The path to the property was also damaged and there was quite a bit of litter, so the exterior wasn’t very welcoming. We couldn’t get the TV to work, and there were several areas of the property in real need of DIY (eg the large rip in the kitchen floor). We were given the wrong key code prior to arrival but this was resolved quickly.
