Typisch englisches Haus.Lage top, führt über gut belebte Straße in 10min zum Strand. Viele Ausflugsziele im Umkreis von einer halben Stunde Fahrt. Bequeme Betten, geräumige Wohnung. Unkompliziertes Self check-in. Besitzer hat schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Entlang der Straße kostenlos zu parken.
Das Haus ist recht alt, merkt man vor allem am Bad und in der Küche. Der Ofen sollte mal grundgereinigt werden. Das Treppenhaus sieht recht vernachlässigt aus.

Great location. Owner was very helpful. St Leonards-on-sea is great place to visit, with interesting and independent quirky shops, cafés and restaurants.
