Location delivered! Was truly close! It’s alley entrance, facing a restaurant’s dumpsters felt a little sketchy but other than late night conversations it didn’t really affect us. Such unique solutions to add a shower and toilet! Stepping out into the hall from the shower was strange but workable. Hastings was so interesting and quaint- we happened to arrive on the weekend of the monthly market and delighted in seeing all the wares and products offered! Purchased a few gifts to take home there. Beach access was so very easy!

Furnishing in living room a bit dingy- maybe a clean rug could be put down to cover stained carpet. One couch was not at all comfy. As you advertise that 5 can stay, it would have been nice to have enough plates, mugs, etc for all. They don’t have to match, just enough so all can enjoy coffee from the press you kindly provided. Maybe think about providing towels for the beach, as most visitors will end up there.
