    Room was clean and had all we needed for a short stay on Phi Phi island. Mai was exceptional and very friendly. A great stay!

    Pros: Located away from the busy town center, giving it more of a genuine local neighborhood feel rather than a touristy one About a 17 minute walk to the pier, which was very manageable Host was very kind and welcoming throughout the stay Cons: Walls are pretty thin, so if you're on a lower level you'll hear some noise A 1,000 baht deposit is required at check in, which is fine, but at checkout they weren't answering WhatsApp texts or calls, and since there's no lobby, we almost missed our ferry waiting to sort it out Only 2 pillows were provided for 2 guests, which wasn't very comfortable I'm keeping this at 4 stars because I want them to succeed. The location and host's hospitality were genuinely great, I just hope they tighten up communication around checkout so future guests don't run into the same issue.
