Great stay

The host, Diana, was very friendly. The appartement was very close (5 min walk) to Sunset Beach where you, as the name suggests, can watch a beautiful sunset

The shower head wasn't hanging high enough on the wall to stand under, so we had to hold it in our hands.

Fabulous Apartment

Diana is a wonderful host. The apartment was very clean, the beds very comfortable. Air conditioned. Close to Sunset Beach and an easy bus trip into the Old Town.

good location away from city noise

Location is a bit far away from Dubrovnik’s old city (10 min Uber/taxi), but thanks to that the place is very quiet. The owner (Mrs. Diana) is extremely friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to ask for a parking spot if you’re coming with a car.

Great Value

The apartment had everything we needed for a family of three. The value (for Dubrovnic) was good. We enjoyed the outbof town location as the old town can be incredibly busy (and expensive). I'd recommend the area as it has a supermarket, shops and car hire etc. There is even a cinema nearby. I'd have liked to have stayed longer.

The living room / kitchen is possibly a bit light in the morning to sleep well.

We had a parking spot, we had hot water instantly, it was clean, we had air conditioner and fridge.

A litlle bit noisy, we had no sea view and the location is a litlle bit far from old city (4 km starting from the location), but there are buses (4 and 6).

The owner was very nice and welcoming, she gave us a lot of tips for beach, bus, etc. We had a private parking space directly in front of the apartment; the next beach and the bus to the city center are just a few minutes away (about 100 stairs) it was a great stay for 2 nights

The location was good. You can easily get the Old town by bus #4. It is direct line to Old town Also, you can get nice promenade along the sea with views of ocean, mountains, islands and 5 star hotels by walk Also, there is grocery store in walking distance The room was spacious. The WiFi worked excellent. No any noise from the street. The TV has English, German and Croatian channels. The furniture in the room was OK. The bathroom was OK too There is another room with kitchen. It is even better than I was It was good budget stay in Dubrovnik which I expected The host was nice and professional

Beautiful sea view

We were welcomed by a nice lady that showed us the appartement. It is a medium size apartment- one bedroom, with an beautiful seaview to Sunset beach. In the living room is a small kitchen with dishes, cutlery- to help you cooking something if you want to eat indoor. The sofa and the queen size bed are very comfortable. There is a plenty storing space- a big wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower with a boiler that gave instant hot water. The beach is reachable by the stairs situated on the left side of the building- 5 minutes. Getting back it is a little bit challenging- 160 steps. The bus station is very close, oposite the Sunset beach. Bus no 4 is for Old City.

Very kind host. Helped us for everything. It was a low cost stay considering the city center. However, you need to foresee quite some parking fees for visiting the old town as the accomation is far away from there.

Very nice host. Close to everything. Old town is in just 10 minute distance by bus. Enough restaurants and bars around. Beach is in walking distance. I will definitely go back there again when I am in Dubrovnik.
