Modern Top Floor 2BR apartment

The flat was very comfortable, the kitchen/ diner was well equipped and a good size. The bathroom had a nice powerful shower as well as a bath. It was well decorated.

The property was beautifully decorated throughout and very well equipped. It was immaculate. Everything we needed was provided.

We loved the property. We will definitely be back. The stairs to enter the property are a bit uneven but there is nothing we didn’t like about the property itself.

I loved the kitchen very spacious

The property states it’s pet friendly but it’s up 42 very windy stairs . We also found bubbles on the walls which were a bit of a worry . We’ve stayed in a few property’s before and most people leave a welcome manual as to where things are in the property and also the local area. The property states it’s 15 minutes from Montrose beach but it’s nearer half an hour following Google maps . Location to the beach was one of the main reasons for booking. I also found communication with the host a lot slower than we’ve had in the past . As an neurodivergent adult with two neurodivergent children this was a huge negative for me as I like to know things in advance . Based on the poor communication I wouldn’t book with this host again in the future
