Was fine for a few nights stay

Was close to Arbroath centre. Owner was very accommodating at us getting in early

No window coverings in bathrooms. Outside cobwebs, panels off bottom of caravan and steps not very safe for someone with walking stick.

A Perfect Staycation

It was a home from home. Everything you could need was there and more! The location was absolutely spot on. Close to the local shops and a short walk to the sea front. We will definitely be booking again.

It was extremely dark at night going down the outside steps. The outside lighting was too far away from the steps so made no impact. The way the front door opened. We found it awkward, especially with the wee one. If the stairs were on the other side,and with the outside light being on that side also it might be easier. We could not get the grill/top oven on. That's probably us though 😁

Lovely stay and would go back

Location was excellent, close to beach, leisure facilities, shops and amenities. Caravan was lovely, modern, clean and had lots of facilities within the caravan, including air fryer. Included towels and bedding. Hand soap and cleaning products.

Beds were not very comfortable. But fine for a weekend. No hair dryer.

Wonderfully welcoming home from home

Caravan was an extremely welcoming home from home. We were incredibly comfortable for the entirety of our stay. Location was also absolutely wonderful. Literally minutes from the beach, playpark, cinema. shops and local transport links.

We had no car so we could have definitely benefitted from an entry point into the caravan park somewhere in the boundary wall closer to the shops. It was quite a trek when carrying all our luggage and groceries especially when a member of our party struggled with mobility. A site map at the parks entrance would also have saved us a lot of unnecessary walking around the whole of the caravan park whilst heavy ladden.

Clean, comfortable, great location. We had a little problem with the fridge/freezer not working. David did everything he could to resolve the situation. The communication was fantastic. Would highly recommend this lovely caravan. Will definitely be back :)

Had a great few days here. Bus stop is just outside the caravan park. Asda is 2 mins away if you need anything. Never vi

There was plenty space esp in the lounge. The fact there is 2 bathrooms was great.

Needs a blind in the bathroom. Couldn’t find a sieve, there was maybe one there somewhere as the caravan is well equipped but I couldn’t find it lol

Excellent stay

Location was great & near the seafront also handy for retail park & can easily walk into the town centre. Caravan spacious & very good value. Nice bar area on site with food available to eat in or takeaway. Local shop and Reception/on site staff extremely polite & helpful. Great weather was a plus, would definitely stay again.

A great base for a visit to Arbroath. Rocket agrees.

The location, a five minute walk from the beach, suited us perfectly. Rocket, our dog, loved it.

The gas ran out twice in five days so we had no hot water. First time we contacted the owners and they resolved it fairly promptly. Second time was on our last day so we didn't have time to have it resolved. Toilet / shower room door wasn't to be fully closed - an issue for my daughter.

Favourite caravan stay so far

Great location, very comfortable, loved the fact that there was a tv in bedroom so child and I both able to watch our own things. Also loved that it has an air fryer. Small items you normally forget like washing up liquid, tin foil, cooking utensils for use. First time I’ve really felt home away from home. Contacted owners over a silly issue that the fire alarm beeped a couple of times after the shower steam escaped the room but they were helpful and responsive.

Close to busy road, bathroom door sticks closed.

3 night couple stay

The caravan was very comfortable and easy to settle into, It had plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking, the tv worked, and had plenty of streaming services to choose from. The bed was also very comfortable and we were given plenty of towels.

Despite the caravan being clean for the most part, we did find an old rusty razor by the shower, which could've been dangerous around children. we contacted the owners about it, and they were very apologetic. (Communication with owners is fast) The remote for the tv worked, but it looked like a dog had chewed it up. The main bathroom door would often get stuck and wouldn't open. The living room door would also do the same but not as bad Lastly, we had trouble with the gas cooker and getting it working even though the gas valves were properly set. There were no instruction manuals left to try to figure out if we had missed something. However, we used the airfryer, which worked perfectly
