Just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches of Großenbrod, this exceptionally spacious vacation home with 96 m² of living space awaits you. Here, families, couples, and groups of friends—up to 8–10 people—will find plenty of room to enjoy their vacation together. Your dog is also welcome.

The well-thought-out floor plan makes this vacation home ideal for multiple families or generations traveling together. The sleeping areas are spread across two separate sections on opposite sides of the house—ensuring that all guests can enjoy a peaceful retreat even while on vacation together.
Each sleeping area features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a private bathroom.
Above one of the sleeping areas is a cozy “hems,” a typical Scandinavian loft with two additional sleeping spots. Children especially love this cozy retreat and find their very own little vacation kingdom here.

The larger bathroom, complete with its own sauna and shower, becomes your personal wellness oasis. After a long walk on the beach, this is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The second bathroom is also equipped with a shower. Underfloor heating in both bathrooms ensures pleasant comfort year-round. A washer-dryer combo, a crib, and a high chair round out the family-friendly amenities.

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.
At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.
Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.
Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.
There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits in the middle of the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.
