Located near the beautiful beaches of Großenbrode, this charming 90 m² vacation home welcomes you. Its spacious and well-thought-out layout makes it the ideal accommodation for families traveling together, multiple generations, or a vacation with friends. Up to 8–10 people can enjoy a relaxing stay here—and two dogs are also welcome to join you.

Light colors, large windows, and tasteful Scandinavian-style furnishings give the house a friendly and cozy atmosphere. Here, everyone will find plenty of space to spend time together while also having pleasant places to retreat to.

The four bedrooms are spread across two sides of the house. In one area, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two single beds. Right next to it is the larger bathroom with a shower and its own sauna.

On the other side of the house, there is another double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. This layout is ideal for two families or couples who are friends and are traveling together but still want to enjoy their privacy.

The additional alcove is furnished with a double bed and is especially popular with children and teenagers. A crib and a high chair are also available in the house.

* The cozy heart of the home

The whole family gathers in the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The comfortable sofa area invites you to relax, while the wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth on cooler days.
Satellite TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio provide entertainment for cozy evenings. The large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals, games, and social gatherings.

The kitchen is fully equipped. From the living area, you have direct access to the partially covered patio. The large garden table with chairs is perfect for outdoor breakfasts and long summer evenings. Two lounge chairs are available for quiet moments and short breaks.

Both bathrooms feature comfortable underfloor heating. In the larger bathroom, a private wellness area with its own sauna awaits you—wonderful after a long walk on the beach or an eventful day of vacation.

A washer with a dryer function rounds out the comfortable amenities.


Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at every vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
