Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this spacious and charming 90-square-meter vacation home near the Baltic Sea beaches in Großenbrode. Thanks to its well-thought-out layout, it’s ideal for families and groups of friends of up to 8–10 people. Dogs allowed.

Four comfortable bedrooms plus an alcove offer plenty of space for all generations. The bright, open-concept living and dining area with a fireplace is the cozy gathering place of the house. Large windows create a friendly, light-filled atmosphere.

Two modern bathrooms with heated floors and a sauna invite you to enjoy relaxing wellness moments. The partially covered patio, furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers, is perfect for long summer evenings.

A fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a washer with dryer function ensure a comfortable vacation experience.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space—with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m²—for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend.
