This charming and spacious 90-square-meter vacation home near the Baltic Sea in Großenbrode offers plenty of room for relaxing days with family or friends—accommodating up to 10 people. Four cozy bedrooms and an additional alcove provide flexible sleeping arrangements for guests of all ages.

The bright, open living and dining area with a fireplace forms the heart of the house and is perfect for social evenings. Two comfortable bathrooms with heated floors and a sauna provide relaxing wellness moments. The furnished terrace is perfect for enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air and long summer evenings.

Your dog is also welcome.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at each vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
