Vacation home with lots of space and charm 90m² for 10 people and dog

This 90-square-meter vacation home, furnished in a Scandinavian style, can accommodate up to 10 people and two dogs. The vacation home is spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated; large windows let in plenty of light and create a pleasant living atmosphere.

The spacious, open-concept living and kitchen area is the cozy heart of the home and creates a welcoming sense of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The large, comfortable sofa area invites you to relax, while the dining table, situated a little apart, is the perfect spot to enjoy meals together and culinary delights in good company. The living area features a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio. From here, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy long summer evenings. Two sun loungers are also available for your use.

The four bedrooms are spaced apart from one another within the house. A large bedroom with a double bed and another with twin beds are located right next to the spacious bathroom, which features a sauna and shower. The other two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds—are on the opposite side of the house. The alcove offers two additional sleeping spots on a double bed—a particularly popular retreat for the younger family members.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and heated floors. From the larger bathroom, you have direct access to the private sauna. A washer with a dryer function is also available.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
