Spacious 90m² vacation home - ideal for families, with sauna & dog welcome

A very spacious and charming 90-square-meter vacation home near the Baltic Sea beaches in Großenbrode. Thanks to its well-thought-out floor plan, it’s ideal for families and friends—perfect for up to 8–10 people. Dogs welcome.

The house is bright and tastefully furnished in a Scandinavian style. Four staggered bedrooms and an alcove with two additional sleeping spots provide plenty of space for everyone. A crib and high chair are provided.

The open-concept living and kitchen area serves as the cozy heart of the home, featuring a sofa nook, a large dining table, and a wood-burning stove. Amenities include satellite TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi.

Two bathrooms with heated floors and a sauna ensure comfort. A washer with a dryer function is available.

The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The partially covered patio with patio furniture and sun loungers is perfect for relaxing.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
