Family-friendly vacation home at the Holiday Vital Resort with space for up to 8–10 guests, a large, sheltered patio, a new ramp (wheelchair- and stroller-accessible), and a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac—ideal for a relaxing vacation with children. Dogs are welcome!

This very spacious and charming 90 m² vacation home is located near the Baltic Sea beaches in Großenbrode and, thanks to its well-thought-out floor plan, offers ideal conditions for families and friends traveling together with a dog.

The house is tastefully furnished in a Scandinavian style, with a bright and welcoming design, and its large windows create a pleasant living atmosphere.

The four bedrooms are separated from one another—perfect for multiple families or generations. One bedroom with a double bed and another with twin beds are located near the large bathroom, which features a sauna and shower. Two additional bedrooms (with a double bed and two single beds, respectively) are located on the opposite side of the house. In addition, a cozy alcove offers two more sleeping spots with a double bed—especially popular with children. A crib and a high chair are also available.

The open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the house: Here, families can cook, play, or relax together. The cozy sofa area invites you to linger, while the large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals.

Amenities include a wood-burning stove, satellite TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo system. From the living area, you have direct access to the partially covered, generously expanded terrace with a new white border. This not only creates a stylish ambiance but also ensures safety and privacy—enhanced by the dune in front, which shields the outdoor area from prying eyes. Garden furniture and lounge chairs invite you to relax.

Another advantage is the newly built ramp, which makes the house easily accessible with a stroller or wheelchair.

Both bathrooms feature heated floors, and the large bathroom offers direct access to the private sauna. A washer with a dryer function is also available.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything families need: a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

The quiet location at the end of a traffic-free cul-de-sac makes the vacation home particularly family-friendly and ensures a relaxing, safe stay.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at each vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
