Just a few steps from the stunning Baltic Sea beaches of Großenbrod, this spacious 96-square-meter vacation home awaits you—accommodating up to 8–10 people—ideal for families, friends, and guests with dogs.
A truly unique feature is the fully fenced property: While children play carefree, four-legged vacation guests can also roam the outdoor area at their leisure.
The lovingly furnished house delights with its maritime atmosphere, bright rooms, and plenty of space. Four bedrooms are spread across two separate sleeping areas—each with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a private bathroom. An additional loft with two sleeping spots is especially popular with children. The large bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and a private sauna.
In the open living area, a cozy sofa nook and the wood-burning stove ensure relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchen and the large dining table are perfect for sharing meals together.
From the living area, you have direct access to the partially covered terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers. Here, you can wonderfully enjoy sunny vacation days and balmy summer evenings.
Underfloor heating in the bathrooms, a washer with dryer function, a crib, a high chair, and a bike rack round out the amenities.

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.
At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.
Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.
Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.
There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2.
