This tastefully furnished 79-square-meter house, thanks to its well-thought-out layout, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation for up to 6–8 people—perfect for families, multigenerational groups, or friends. Your dog is also welcome.

Bright rooms, large windows, and a cozy atmosphere create a truly comfortable setting from the moment you arrive. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and create a friendly, inviting living atmosphere. The spacious sofa area with a wood-burning stove is perfect for relaxing evenings—whether with a good book, a movie night, or a glass of wine after a day at the beach. Window coverings provide additional comfort and privacy at all times.

The open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the home: this is where you’ll cook, laugh, and enjoy time together. The fully equipped kitchen features, among other things, a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker, leaving nothing to be desired—even on vacation.

The three bedrooms are pleasantly separated from one another and offer plenty of space to retreat—ideal for families or couples who are friends. A large bedroom with a double bed is located right next to the spa-style bathroom, which features a bathtub, shower, and private sauna. Two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—are situated on the other side of the house, near a second bathroom with a shower. The cozy alcove with two additional sleeping spots is especially popular with children and teenagers. A crib and high chair are, of course, also available.

The outdoor area also invites you to linger: The partially covered and lovingly furnished terrace offers plenty of space to relax, enjoy meals together, or have cozy barbecue evenings. Sun loungers are available, as are games for the children—perfect for relaxing vacation days with the whole family.

Particularly pleasant: The natural setting on the edge of the resort ensures peace and relaxation, while the sparse development—with ample distance from neighboring homes—conveys a sense of freedom and privacy.

Underfloor heating in both bathrooms and a washer-dryer combo provide additional comfort.


Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each vacation home has a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for children to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
