About this house rental
This comfortable and spacious 79-square-meter Scandinavian-style vacation home is located near the Baltic Sea beach in Großenbrode and can accommodate up to 6–8 people and a dog.
The bright, welcoming design and large windows create a pleasant living atmosphere. Three bedrooms—two with double beds, one with two single beds—as well as an additional alcove with a double bed provide ample sleeping accommodations. A crib and high chair are provided.
The open-concept living and kitchen area forms the heart of the house. A cozy sofa nook and a wood-burning stove ensure comfort. The house is also well-equipped with modern technology: a modern DAB radio with Bluetooth functionality and a smart TV are available. The upgraded, high-performance dual-band Wi-Fi ensures a stable and fast internet connection.
From here, you can step out onto the partially covered patio, which features a garden table, chairs, and two sun loungers—perfect for relaxing summer evenings.
Two bathrooms with heated floors, a sauna, a bathtub, and a washer with dryer function round out the amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.
At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.
Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.
Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.
There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.
For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for 49 € each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
