The morning sea breeze, a long day at the beach, and sitting together by the fireplace in the evening: In this vacation home in Großenbrode, your vacation feels carefree from the very first moment. Just a few minutes’ walk from the popular Südstrand, a bright, cozy 79 m² home in Scandinavian style awaits you, lovingly furnished with maritime accents. There’s room here for 6 to 8 people to enjoy a getaway together—whether as a family with a dog, with grandparents, or with friends.
Large windows let in plenty of natural light and give the open living area a friendly, airy feel. After a day at the beach, you can put your feet up on the spacious sofa, read a book, or enjoy a movie night. When it gets cooler outside, the wood-burning stove makes the time spent indoors especially cozy. A flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio are also available.
The open kitchen is just as well-suited for preparing breakfast as it is for a family dinner. It’s equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Everyone gathers around the separate dining table to share stories about their day and make plans for the next one.
It’s also wonderful to spend time outdoors: the partially covered terrace with a railing is accessible directly from the living area. A garden table and chairs invite you to dine in the fresh air, while the beach chair and two sun loungers could become your favorite spots for a quiet break.
The three bedrooms, arranged in a staggered layout, offer space to retreat. The master bedroom with a double bed is next to the large bathroom; on the other side of the house are another double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, near the second bathroom with a shower. A special highlight is the alcove with an additional double bed: behind its curtain, it creates a cozy sleeping spot that children, in particular, will love. A crib and high chair are provided.
After a walk on the beach, your private sauna awaits you. The large bathroom also features a bathtub; both bathrooms are equipped with heated floors. A washer-dryer combo makes even longer stays pleasantly hassle-free.

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.
At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.
Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.
A free parking space is available at every vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.
There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.
For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
