Just a few minutes from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Großenbrode, this bright and spacious 79 m² vacation home for 6–8 people awaits you. Here, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation with family or friends—and your dog is also welcome.

The house is situated in a quiet location in the central part of the small, family-friendly Resort 1. The sports facilities are just a one- to two-minute walk away. Since neither cars nor pedestrians pass directly by the terrace, you can enjoy pleasant peace and privacy here. The terrace offers sunshine from morning to evening, while you’ll also find shaded spots around the house.

* Sleep and Relax
Two bedrooms feature double beds, and another has two single beds. An additional double bed is available in the alcove, which is popular with children and teens. Luggage can be conveniently stowed under the beds. One of the double bedrooms has a TV where you can access your own streaming services. Please check out before departure.

* Enjoy Together
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is the cozy heart of the house. The sofa and wood-burning stove invite you to relax. A flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a radio provide entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Ample tableware and a large selection of glasses are also provided.
At the large dining table, you can enjoy meals together and have fun game nights.
High-speed Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 300 Mbit/s is available to all guests and is also ideal for working from home or a “workation.”

* Relax and unwind
From the living area, you have direct access to the partially covered and furnished terrace. Two sun loungers invite you to relax. Two bathrooms with heated floors offer additional comfort. The larger bathroom features a private sauna and a whirlpool—perfect after a day at the beach. A washer with dryer function, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror round out the amenities.


Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for children to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
