Vacation home on the Baltic Sea - a vacation home with space and style

A very charming 79-square-meter Scandinavian-style vacation home located within walking distance of Großenbrode’s South Beach. Thanks to its well-designed floor plan, this house is well-suited for multigenerational stays and ideal for 6 adults plus 2 children—and your dog is, of course, welcome.
There’s also a sports hall and a basketball court right nearby—perfect for active people or families with kids who love to play.

The vacation home is spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated; large windows let in plenty of light and create a pleasant living atmosphere. The house has a very special touch thanks to the extraordinary family portraits (by the sister or from the family circle) displayed throughout the property. These lovingly selected works of art highlight the unique character of the accommodation and make it a special retreat for art lovers.

The three bedrooms are arranged in a slightly staggered layout. A large bedroom with a double bed is right next to the spacious bathroom, which features a bathtub, sauna, and shower. The other two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed or two single beds, respectively, and are located on the other side of the house near the small bathroom with a shower. The alcove features two additional sleeping areas with a double bed for children, which are always very popular with the younger family members. A crib and a high chair are provided in the house.

The open and central living and kitchen area serves as a cozy gathering spot for everyone and creates a spacious, inviting atmosphere. A large and cozy sofa area invites you to relax, and the dining table, situated slightly apart, is the perfect spot to enjoy meals together and culinary highlights.

The living area features a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio.

From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Two sun loungers are also available for your use.

The two bathrooms feature radiant floor heating. The larger bathroom provides access to a private wellness area. Across-the-board amenities include a washer with a dryer function.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space—with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m²—for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend.
