la struttura si trova in un ottima posizione, è vicina ai mezzi di trasporto e a ristoranti, facile da raggiungere, era ben pulita e preparata
l’unica cosa che è stata scomoda era la doccia dato che non era dotata di un vetro e quindi il bagno si riempiva sempre di acqua

It was very well located only 5 minutes walking from the Nice train station and had AC which was a life saver in the recent heatwave. Only about a 15 minute bike ride from the beach and the bed was very comfortable. A really big pro of this apartment was the amenities such as the fridge, ironing board + iron, and especially the laundry machine. Those were life savers!
The location itself can feel a little sketchy at night but that's only until you get into the room. The shower curtains were a bit stained and we did find some small cockroaches in the bathroom, but given the state of the rest of the building, I'm sure it they might've came from another room since our apartment was decently clean.

Great location, clean, cosy and modern, lots of nice extras in the apartment (coffee machine, washing machine etc.)
There was no cutlery or kitchen utensils as advertised in the photos, so we could not make food. Delayed response from the host when we enquired about this.
