Clean and modern. Spacious. The lady who owned the property went above and beyond to help us when we were lost. I can’t thank her enough, appreciate her so much and she was so polite kind and understanding with me too. 10/10 recommend

A quiet place near the Sheffield train station, exactly what I was searching for. Enough towels were avalailable and the shower was a pleasure with shampoo available. I also liked the possibility to have a kitchen and a common space. Would book again.

A short walk from the train station. Check-in instructions were clearly communicated and the room and facilities were comfortable and exactly as described.
The room was very hot (I stayed in July), and since it was a ground floor room I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the window open at night. It could be improved with a fan.

I have stayed here a few times now and I like the kitchen facilities and the ease of check in.
Unfortunately, despite the ‘guest rules’ displayed in every room, the last twice I have stayed I have had a very disturbed night due to other guests coming in and out or being loud in the early hours of the morning.
The property is generally clean and has good facilities, however there are some improvements that need to be made. The bed in Room 1/A has some loose screws and the shower tray is weakening.
It would also be great to have a few more utensils in the kitchen such as tea towels and oven gloves!
