It is well located, easy metro access and walking distance from Vieux port even if the street doesn't seem the nicest as it was quite dirty and lonely some times.
The apartment has a lot of potential but it's not well taken care of. The walls need a new layer of paint as they are dirty and stained. The toilet cap was broken, there was no hand or body soap, nor shampoo. There were food leftovers from the last people that stayed (semi empty orange juice bottle, some yogurts, a started ice cream, etc). The coffee machine was broken, the door handle is automatic but it has tape on it and didn't feel very firm, I thought I might break it, which doesn't seem the most secure but it worked.
